YPA KA’A is a unique house surrounded by forest, just 100 m from the lake. Every piece of furniture and detail was carefully chosen, combining contemporary design, warmth, and functionality Equipped for remote work, it offers an inspiring and peaceful setting, perfect for those seeking rest, connection with nature, and style in one place. The house is designed mainly for a couple, but it can accommodate up to 3 guests or 2 couples, keeping in mind that space will be more limited in that case. The space YPA KA’A is a unique home located just 100 meters from the lake. Its spaces, measured yet warm and comfortable, were designed to balance intimacy and openness, adapting to each guest’s needs and the rhythm of the day — the house can open or close according to the light, weather, or desire for privacy. The main living area, with its double height and glass enclosures, connects the indoors and outdoors while maintaining a sense of seclusion. Pergolas filter the sunlight and cast soft, shifting shadows, extending the interior toward the garden or inviting nature inside, depending on the time of day. Every element was carefully chosen to combine contemporary design, warmth, and functionality, making it ideal for couples, small groups of friends, or anyone looking to work remotely in an inspiring natural setting. The living room features a 55” Samsung Frame TV, Apple TV, and two HomePods with voice control, allowing guests to play music or videos through simple voice commands, for an effortless and immersive entertainment experience. The home office is fully equipped for remote work: an adjustable electric desk, Herman Miller Aeron ergonomic chair, 27” LG 4K monitor, sofa bed, and high-speed fiber-optic internet. The kitchen includes an electric oven, cooktop, air fryer, toaster, and coffee maker, perfect for guests who enjoy cooking comfortably. The main bedroom features an additional desk, a 32” Samsung Frame TV, and a HomePod Mini with voice control, combining comfort and practicality. Outdoors, the covered barbecue area, infinity pool, and garden complete this contemporary retreat, decorated with original artwork and design pieces that highlight its unique character. Other things to note The house is designed to comfortably accommodate a couple and one additional guest. It can also host a second couple, although the sofa bed may not provide the same level of comfort as the main bedroom.
