Happy to accept a "drop bags scenario" until the property is ready. Guest access "Woodville" is a semi detached house which means it has a common wall with its neighbour. Guests will have access to the whole house and garden. The lock box code will be informed to the guest closer to the time of arrival and is located conveniently near the front door. Guest access Guests are able to access the total residence. The adjoining property is a separate residence, so please respect their privacy. The front gardens and correlating outdoor areas are related to the individual properties. Front garden has a central path dividing the 2 separate properties. We are only a phone call away if you need assistance. You will be the property to the left as you are facing the 2 properties Other things to note * We have 3 waste bins located near the front of the property and bin collection day is early Tuesday morning. Green - garden and food waste Yellow - paper, glass & plastic Red - general waste If you are guest on a Monday/Tuesday, it would be much appreciated if you put the bins out onto the front verge for collection. * At Woodville we strive to be different. We have made a conscious decision to reduce the amount of chemicals we use in the home, better for you and ultimately the environment.
