Pets on the property without prior notice will incur a fee of $400. There is a 2-dog maximum. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fee of $100 per hour. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 100% refund. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. Otherwise, a refund will not be processed.
