The pictures are real and not representative !!! The space This 60m² apartment is beautifully designed, with an open layout that flows seamlessly from one area to the next. Upon entering, you're greeted by a long hallway. To the left, you'll find the kitchen, the dining area and the dedicated coffee station/minibar. The kitchen opens up to the balcony, where you can enjoy fresh air and natural light while looking at the park. The bathroom is conveniently located straight ahead from the hallway, offering easy access without interrupting the apartment's flow. At the end of the hallway, on the right side, a luxurious bedroom awaits. The room is carefully designed with closets featuring full-length mirrored panel are positioned to the left upon entry, A centrally placed queen-sized bed serves as the focal point, while windows on the right wall allow sunlight to gently pour in. Under the windows, soft ambient lighting sets the mood for relaxation and rest, creating a tranquil retreat. On the left side of the hallway, the living room seamlessly blends of comfort and functionality. A 50-inch TV takes center stage, accompanied by a sofa bed for lounging or accommodating guests. In one corner of the living room, a cozy setup with cloud bags and small coffee table, creates the perfect space for relaxation, making it ideal for unwinding and enjoying the apartment's atmosphere. The entire space feels open, modern, and full of thoughtful details, making it a perfect blend of style, comfort, and practicality. Other thing to note: For safety purposes, there is an exterior security camera monitoring the property’s main entrance only. There are no cameras inside the apartment or in private indoor areas. Guest access Specific storage spaces are not for guest use – they are labeled accordingly and easily recognized. Optional weekly cleaning: For longer stays an optional cleaning service is available every 7 days for €25, including fresh linens and towels. This rule applies to reservations for 2 guests with a stay longer than 14 days. Included in the price: • Up to 450 kWh of electricity per month • Up to 10 m³ of water per month If electricity consumption exceeds the agreed monthly limit of 450 kWh, each additional kWh will be charged at 10 MKD per kWh. If water consumption exceeds the limit of 10 m³, each additional m³ will be charged at 35 MKD per m³, according to the current water utility tariffs. Consumption will be determined based on the actual meter readings (photos at check-in and check-out) to ensure full transparency. Since the apartment is heated exclusively with electricity (air conditioner and panel heater), please use heating devices responsibly. ℹ️ Cheap electricity tariff is available: • Every day from 22:00 to 07:00 • All day on Sundays Guests can use the cheap tariff for running the water heater, washing machine, and other high-consumption appliances.
