Your perfect place to recharge.” The space Welcome to your private wellness retreat ✨ Our apartment was completely renovated until May 2025 and thoughtfully designed for guests who are looking for a high-quality, stylish place to stay for a few days up to a week. This is your space to arrive, relax, and truly feel at home. ⸻ 🛁 Bathrooms & Wellness You will find two special bathroom areas: A classic, lockable bathroom with toilet, sink, heated mirror, and a modern shower. In addition, there is an open entrance-area bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub and atmospheric LED lighting – perfect for relaxing evenings. The highlight: a private infrared sauna, where you can unwind after a long day and recharge your energy. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available for your convenience. ⸻ 🛏 Bedroom The separate bedroom with direct access to the entrance-area bathroom features a cozy double bed (160 cm / 5.2 ft) with a high-quality Bett1 mattress, which can be flipped to your preferred firmness level. Please note: The room is intentionally compact, so access to the bed is from the foot end only. ⸻ 🎬 Living Room – your private home cinema At the push of a button, the screen lowers and your personal cinema experience begins. The projector and sound system create the perfect atmosphere for movie nights or series marathons. The sofa can also be converted into a comfortable sofa bed, providing space for two additional guests (blankets and pillows are stored under the seat). ⸻ 🍳 Kitchen & Dining Area The open, fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook, dine, and enjoy time together. The kitchen island doubles as a dining table and comes with four height-adjustable bar stools – suitable for adults and children alike. Stove, oven, and dishwasher are available at any time. The kitchen and living room form one bright, modern open space. ⸻ 🍷 Minibar with local specialties The fridge is always stocked with soft drinks, as well as a selection of local beers and wines. Fun fact: Upper Franconia holds a Guinness World Record for having the highest number of breweries per capita 🍺 Feel free to help yourselves at cost price – perfect for a relaxed evening in the apartment. ⸻ In short: This is not a standard Airbnb, but a small spa & design retreat – ideal for couples, friends, or short getaways for anyone who appreciates comfort, style, and true relaxation. Here you’re not just booking a place to stay – you’re booking an experience. ✨ Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively yours during your stay. Access to the building is provided via a code, which you will receive on the day of arrival. Other things to note Please note: The double bed can only be accessed from the foot end. Guests with significant mobility issues are kindly asked to take this into consideration. Please travel by car only and not by public transport, as the connection is poorly developed. Car can be parked right in front of the house (for free). Kindly bring your one bathrobe.
