The space The villa features 4 bright bedrooms with garden views: – 3 rooms with double beds – 1 room with two single beds One of the double bedrooms, located on the top floor, has a private en-suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor and share a full bathroom just next to them. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Directly outside the living area, a covered porch with arches includes a large dining table and a chill-out lounge with sofas—perfect for relaxing. Just beyond, the private pool and garden invite you to unwind in nature. A local tourist tax of €1.10 per person, per night will be added to the total reservation amount and requested 5 days before arrival through the Airbnb Resolution Center, as required by regional regulations. A damage deposit of 800€ is required. This amount will be requested 5 days before arrival through the Airbnb Resolution Center. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, once the property has been inspected. If smoking occurs inside the property, the deposit will not be refunded. If you have chosen a non-refundable rate, the total amount, the 800€ damage deposit, and the local tourist tax of 1.10 € per person, per night will be charged upon booking confirmation through the same method. The deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, once the property has been inspected. The reservation will not be confirmed until all these requirements are met. On the day of check-in, identification documents of all guests over 16 years old will be requested, as required by current tourism regulations.
