The space The villa features 4 bright bedrooms with garden views: – 3 rooms with double beds – 1 room with two single beds – All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. One of the double bedrooms, located on the top floor, has a private en-suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor and share a full bathroom just next to them. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Directly outside the living area, a covered porch with arches includes a large dining table and a chill-out lounge with sofas—perfect for relaxing. Just beyond, the private pool and garden invite you to unwind in nature. A €800 damage deposit is required and will be requested before arrival. It will be fully refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection. Any damages or violation of house rules (including smoking inside) may result in partial or full retention of the deposit. For standard rate bookings, free cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival are non-refundable. In case of no-show or early departure, the total amount is non-refundable. For non-refundable bookings, the total amount will be charged upon confirmation and cannot be modified or cancelled. Self check-in is available. Access instructions will be sent prior to arrival. Maximum occupancy: 8 guests. Identification of all guests over 16 years old is required at check-in.
