Sa Posada - triple room

Sa Posada is on the edge of the village, in a very quiet area with the possibility of parking. It's an old stone house, and therefore cool in the summer. From the terrace, the view is breathtaking. The house is located in Cuglieri, an authentic village on the slopes of Montiferru, overlooking the sea and unforgettable sunsets. Thanks to its elevated location (492 meters), Cuglieri enjoys cool nights even in summer, ideal after a day of trekking or by the sea. The space On the ground floor there is the living room with Wi-Fi, two bathrooms (one with a large shower and washing machine), and the kitchen, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and everything you need to prepare simple meals. On the first floor is access to the terrace and the bedroom. Other things to note The mountains around the village are covered by woods of oaks and cork oaks, full of springs and waterfalls. The beautiful basilica of the village dominates the vast view that stretches gently to the sea between olive groves and vineyards. Walking through its narrow streets it is easy to reach various cafes, two typical restaurants, a pizzeria and small local shops. Just over 10 km away is the beautiful bay of Santa Caterina and the famous natural arch of S’Archittu. A little further away, is the beach of Is Arenas, with its 6 km long and lush pine forest, and continuing, the Sinis Park with its evocative quartz beaches such as Is Arutas and Mari Ermi. Useful details: We are committed to reducing our environmental impact: we do recycling and provide handmade soap and shampoo, locally produced with olive oil. 🙂 Recently, the Municipality of Cuglieri introduced the tourist tax. The cost is 1 euro per night per person, and must be paid at the property, at the time of check-in. Children under 12 stay for free. I live with a small, trained and very kind dog. But if you have allergies or fear of dogs, maybe this house is not ideal for you ☹️ Also, bringing another animal could be a problem, and so it's not allowed. There are 3 chickens in the garden.
