Emily’s View offers stunning rooftop views of the surrounding fells, providing a tranquil escape for families exploring the northern Lake District. Guest access Emily's View Living room with fell views and Freeview TV. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Dining room. Bathroom with shower over bath. The second floor has a second sitting room with TV and sofa bed (occasional use). Two double bedrooms (accessed from the second sitting room). Emily's Nook Open plan living area has an electric wood effect stove, TV with Freeview and dining table. Kitchen equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Shower room with hand basin and WC. Bedroom with king size bed. Oil central heating and electric radiators in bedrooms. All oil, electric, bed linen, and towels are included. A cot and highchair are available upon request. On-street parking. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE There is a charge of £50 for use of the sofa bed, please call us to arrange payment.
