Oak Leaf Nook Small double Parking for 1 small car

Welcome to Oak Leaf Nook. A small cosy, one small double bed, self contained room with en-suite shower in a quiet country location in a row of 4 cottages at the end of the village. The location offers direct access to footpaths and walking distance to pubs. Oak Leaf Nook is completely self contained and is privately fenced all around with its own designated parking place for a small car. Key safe access means no need for check in. **Please view photos** The space Oak Leaf Nook is a former out house/coal store that has been converted into a self contained double room, with en-suite. Its features include; corner shower, sink and toilet. Breakfast bar, small double bed with memory foam mattress, TV with on demand and WiFi. There is no kitchen at present. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar and powdered milk. Fresh milk can be provided daily just drop me a message. There is a lovely little electric fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay (it has a built in thermostat). We will have it all toasty before your stay! Access to Oak Leaf Nook is via a key safe placed directly next to the door which means you can come and go without needing to contact us. We do not need to be here to check you in or out and will give you your space... however should you need anything we’re just a message away! Parking is available for one small car. Please park respectfully tucking the car right in to allow space for neighbours. If you have an estate size vehicle you may park on the lane in the village . You should have everything you need in the room for your stay. There is a basket containing shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, tooth brush and paste.... but please if you have brought your own save them for guests who have forgotten or had to stop unplanned as I do not charge for these. Ladies please note there is no hair dryer in the annex. There is an outside black bin, please use this for any take away containers, please do not leave them in the room overnight.
