Our unique river stay offers a one-of-a-kind experience, combining modern comfort & nature. This charming space features panoramic windows that invite the soothing sounds of the flowing water and stunning views of the surroundings right into your living area. Enjoy your morning on the private deck while watching the sunrise, or unwind in the evening with a glass of wine as you listen to the gentle rustle of leaves. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, or anyone looking to reconnect with nature The space This luxury self-catering accommodation is 10meters long and 4 meters wide. It has a good size bedroom with a king size bed and a built in wardrobe. Next door is a fully equipped bathroom with an electric shower. Out in the living area is a cosy sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table that over looks the water. Just outside the dining area is an outdoor deck area to eat and live al-fresco. The living area has electric central heating though out and is well insulated to keep cosy in the winter months. Your stay has a good size television aboard so you can settle to a quiet evening in, if not venture out to one of the many pubs and restaurants in the city. The city is only a 5 minute uber in, there are frequent bus into the city, bitterne train station is 5 minutes walk away, but if you feel like walking it’s roughly 20-30 minute walk in. We have a private pontoon so if your coming in by motorboat you can moor up and keep it there for your stay. Not suitable for sail boats as the northern bridge is low and the keel will ground when the tide goes out. Other things to note This stay has a private garden to guests only, in this space it has 2 sun loungers, it’s has an outdoor shower for showering before entering the hot tub and it has a cosy little hot tub that looks out onto the river. Great little sun trap in the Summer time. The hot tub is private to our guests to use between 7am - 10pm it over looks the river.
