Self-contained annexe/games room with parking

Welcome to The Annexe, our 2-level detached annexe next to our family home. It is quiet, light and spacious, suitable for both home working and relaxing. It is easy to explore Farnham and the beautiful countryside on our doorstep. Guests who stay with us attend weddings nearby, are working locally, visiting friends and family or breaking up their journey if travelling from further afield. We are very close to Frensham Ponds, Alice Holt Forest & Hankley Common. We can accommodate late bookings. The space This is a large 2-level annexe next to our family home. You have your own private entrance. The ground floor kitchenette includes granite work surfaces, a sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. (No hob or oven). OJ, milk, bread, cereals and homemade granola are supplied as standard. The luxury shower room has a walk-in rain shower & u/floor heating and complimentary toiletries that you are welcome to use during your stay. There is also a full length free-standing mirror. The spacious main room on the 1st floor (25ft x 15 ft) has a double bed, sofa, 55 inch curved TV with Sky, WiFi, breakfast bar with 2 stools, large (8ftx4ft) snooker table (with removable top) and gorgeous elevated garden views. We can add an additional single bed to the double bed if there are two single guests, please note the maximum number guests though is 2. Please request the additional single bed by messaging us at the time of booking. Parking for 2 vehicles is available on our secure, gated private driveway, which is away from the road. Use of table & chairs on our shared terrace, weather permitting. Guest access There is secure gated parking (for 2 cars) on our large private drive, away from the road. You are welcome to park anywhere except in front of the 2 white garages. Other things to note This is a games room annexe where there is a large snooker table (with removable table top). Guests are welcome to use the table to play snooker - cues and balls supplied. Please note due to the size/heaviness of the table this cannot be removed from the room. However the main room is very large and comfortably has room for the sofa, breakfast bar and stools, and a double bed. If there are two single people rather than a couple we can provide a single fold-up bed, please request this when booking.
