Car parking and very close to buses going everywhere on island. We are contactable at every step of your booking and are managed by Helen and her team from the island. Speighstown is old world charm, vibrant and peaceful. The space Emcee is a two storey villa, with calming, wrap around garden, lit plunge pool, AC and fans and secluded verandah where you can sit and while away the time. She is light and airy, with vaulted ceilings and plenty storage. There is an outside pool room where the washing machine is. The main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the plunge pool and garden. Off street car parking. Larger vehicles may not fit the space comfortably. Guest access Helen, our manageress, will usually be at the villa to meet you and to give you the keys. We also have a key lock box and you will be provided with the code for this. Other things to note We provide 24kwhr of electrical consumption per 24 hours in the villa as part of your tariff paid in the booking. If guests use more per 24 hours, we ask for this extra over cost before departure. This really only occurs if AC units are run 24/7. In order to be energy conscious, we ask guests to regulate AC over use consumption, as you would your gas/electric consumption at home. Our manageress will show you the electric reading on arrival/ departure. It is a digital meter.
