Welcome to Ulebergshamn (Hunnebostrand)! Picturesque fishing village with fantastic environments with proximity to both sea and forest. Newly-built guest house from 2025 with kitchen, bathroom with shower, bedroom and sleeping loft. Here you can accommodate 4-5 people and the associated patio. Here you live in a quiet area with cycling distance (about 10 minutes) to central Hunnebostrand and only about a 15-minute walk to saltwater swimming in beautiful Ulebergshamn. Completely non-smoking accommodation, both indoors and outdoors. No pets allowed due to allergies. The space The space offers: • Bedroom with 160 cm double bed • Sleeping loft with two 80 cm mattresses • Sofa bed in the living room, measuring 140 cm when extended • Fully-equipped kitchen with 2-burner induction stovetop, 45-cm dishwasher, oven with built-in microwave and fridge with freezer compartment • Fresh bathroom with shower and toilet • Private patio in a sunny location with charcoal grill • TV and fast fiber internet • Free parking with the possibility of charging an electric car at cost price (to be notified before arrival) • High chair and travel bed (located upstairs in the loft on the right) • Cleaning materials and cleaning equipment, toilet paper are not included but are brought by the tenant him/herself. • Dishwashing liquid, dish brush, dishcloth, dish sponge, kitchen towel • Salt, pepper, oil, freezer bags, foil, and the like for cooking • Beach toys for kids • Two chaise lounges that you can take to the beach • Deck of cards, Yahtzee, puzzles Guest access On the property, there are two houses. You have access to the guest house with its terrace and parking space, but not to other parts of the property. We ask that you respect this for everyone's comfort and privacy. Other things to note 📍 Location Close to nature, swimming and cliffs • About 10 minutes by bike to Hunnebostrand city center • About 15 minutes walk to saltwater swimming in Ulebergshamn • Biking distance to restaurants, grocery store and cafes. Other: Sheets and towels are not included. Each guest will bring their own sheets and towels. If you want to book final cleaning for SEK 700 after your stay, please let us know in advance and we will check the availability of the cleaning company. During certain periods, there is a cost for mandatory final cleaning, we always notify you if that is the case before confirming the booking. When booking final cleaning, you can also book sheets and towels for SEK 150 per person. Gäststugan is about 25 sqm plus sleeping loft. The sleeping loft is accessed via a loft staircase and has a ceiling height of approximately 53 inches (135 cm) at the ridge. 🔌 EV charging There is a possibility to charge an electric car. Contact us ahead of time if you would like to use the charger and we will help you further. The price is 3.50 Swedish kronor/kwh. 🧹 Cleaning Cleaning is not included, cleaning is done by the guest himself according to our cleaning protocols. Please adhere to these carefully before departure. Please note: Sorting of paper, plastic, metal and glass is done by the guest and left at recycling stations. The nearest stations are at: Lökholmsvägen 2, Hunnebostrand Björnbärsvägen 2, Hunnebostrand If cleaning instructions and/or garbage sorting are not followed, there is a penalty fee. 🚭 Non-Smoking For everyone's well-being, it is absolutely forbidden to smoke – both indoors, on the terrace and somewhere on the property. 🐾 Pets Unfortunately we do not allow pets in the cottage or on the grounds. 🎯 Tips on excursions and activities nearby: (See Pernilla's guidebook for more tips and details) Sjömacken in Hunnebostrand Rent boat, kayak, sup (Stand Up Paddleboard) or Jet Ski. Bathing areas: • Hästedalen – Large swimming area with beach, floating docks and diving tower. Approximately a 15-minute walk. • Ulebergshamn – Nice cliff bath with bathing ladder. Approximately a 15-minute walk. Ramsvik – Nice beach with possibility to rent pedal boat and kayak. About 20 minutes by car. • St. Görans Ö, Hunnebostrand – Child-friendly beach and nice cliff baths. Hovenäset – Child-friendly swimming area with floating docks, beach, diving tower and ice cream kiosk. In summer there is also a jellyfish network. - Hiking: • Soteleden – Nice hike along a subset of Bohusleden. • Ramsviklandet – Lightweight nature reserve with nice swimming areas. Other: • Nordens Ark – An amazing zoo and conservation park with a focus on endangered species. Suitable for kids and adults alike. • Fjällbacka – A picturesque coastal resort with charming alleys, viewpoints and archipelago tours. About 25 minutes by car. The place where Camilla Läckberg's books take place. • Smögen & Kungshamn – Two of the west coast's most popular summer gems, only about 15 minutes by car. Here you will find brew life, restaurants, shopping and saltwater swimming. • Tumlaren, Väjern – Bathhouse with swimming pool, gym and relaxation. Approximately 15 minutes by car. • Hunnebostrand's cold bathhouse Hästedalen - rent the sauna for private parties or sauna at the public times according to a separate website. • Outdoor gym (and ice hockey rink in winter) on Eriksbergsgatan • Golf at Sotenäs Golf Club about 15 minutes by car. • Tennis at Hunnebo Tennis • Padel Grocery stores: Coop Hunnebostrand, Torggatan 19 ICA Bovallstrand, Jensegårdsvägen 1 Hunnebostrand is most lively in the summer. During the late summer weeks, as well as autumn, winter and spring, the restaurant and store offerings are limited. However, a grocery store and a restaurant are open year-round.
