If you are looking for a place where you can feel at home, with tranquility and good vibes, we await you with open arms to have the pleasure of serving you and guiding you in this beautiful city. The apartment has two bedrooms that are rented separately, we do not have air conditioning only fans, the building does not have an elevator and it is a fifth floor, we have many bus stops and the tram just 2 blocks away also parking nearby The space The rooms have a wardrobe, double or single bed depending on the case, bedding, towels, night table, clothes hooks, fan and internet access Guest access During your stay you can make use of the common areas such as: kitchen, living room, dining room, balcony and additionally you can use the washing machine and in case you need a space to work from your PC this space can be conditioned for you. Visitors are not allowed to enter. During your stay If you need help during your stay, I will be happy to help you with whatever you need if it is within my reach and if I am not at home you can contact me by phone without any inconvenience Other things to note We are not in the center of the city but we are close to everything. The place is very commercial and you can find all kinds of shops, warehouses, restaurants, cafes and the Mercadona on the first floor of the building. There are also many means of public transport around the house in which it takes 30 to 35 minutes to the historic center, the city of arts and sciences, the Malvarrosa beach and others. If you come by car you can park on the street at no cost and additionally there are several private and public parking lots near the house
