Charming Shepherd’s Hut with private hot tub in Barley, Hertfordshire. Situated on the grounds of our beautiful 200 year old village pub; perfect for a romantic retreat or relaxing escape. This cozy countryside hideaway offers comfort and privacy but yet with all you need for a memorable getaway on the Hertfordshire/Cambridgeshire border. Please note, this hut is not on mains water or waste, but does have mains electricity, a chemical WC & hot Alfresco shower We are LQBTQ+ & Alternative friendly The space Please note: This is a quiet residential home. The hot tub is not available for use after 10 PM out of respect for our neighbors. Other things to note A Quick Guide to Our Facilities Feel free to use the pub facilities whenever we are open. If we happen to be around outside of hours, you're welcome to use them then too! Just a heads-up: we are closed to the public on Mondays and Tuesdays. However, we might be able to arrange pre-booked meals or a special breakfast for you on those days if viable. Peter will go over the current menu options with you. Remember, all food and drink purchased at the pub will be charged to your account. In your accommodation, you'll find complimentary bottled water and hot drink facilities. If the pub is open and you need an extra cuppa or a bottle of water, just ask at the bar—it’s on us!
