A home in the heart of Antigua

You'll be happy with your stay having an entire house with such comfortable spaces. What you'll enjoy most is stepping out the door and finding yourself in the heart (casco) of Antigua, only four blocks from Calle del Arco and six from El Parque Central. This is my family's home, with a lot of love we share it with you and ask of you to take care of it as if it were your own! The space The house has two floors, there is one bedroom on the first floor and two bedrooms on the second. On the first floor you find one bedroom, the kitchen, living room, dinning room, small pool (not climatized), and patio. There are stairs to the second floor. On the second floor, you find the 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a small living room, a terrace and an open space where you can enjoy volcano views and take the sun. The kitchen is equipped will essentials and a coffee machine to enjoy your fresh Café Antigueño. Please note, there’s one parking inside the house, it’s quite small and only for one car though. There’s street parking in the street in front of the house, but if neither of these options work for you I recommend a night parking just around the corner (3 min walking) that charges Q75 night + day on regular days. Guest access The common spaces in the house, among those accompanying you, are the kitchen, living room, dining room, small pool (not climatized), patio, terrace, bathrooms. The fours bedrooms are private, each with their door. Other things to note The house is very comfortable because of the wide space it has and how fully equipped it is, but the main advantage is that it is so close to everything. It gives you a real experience of living in Antigua as a local, it's location is ideal to go for walks around the beautiful streets of Antigua, and going out for dinner at night. You must know that Antigua is 18km from Volcán de Fuego which is active and always emitting ash. The house is made up of open common spaces which may allow the ash from the volcano into these areas, you can expect some ash on the floors every now and then.
