As its a shared accommodation Instant Coffee, Tetley Tea and Powdered milk is available for the guest This house has limited parking and it’s available to who comes first. The host is responsible for Airbnb rooms not for parking. If you do not find the parking spot you have to find your own parking and park according to Edmonton city bylaws. If due to any reason you get a ticket or your car gets towed host will not be responsible. A $500 security deposit will be collected prior to check-in the host feels any risk of renting the room. This deposit is simply a pre-authorization and will be automatically released after check-out (provided there are no damages, missing items, etc.) ✦EARLY CHECK-IN or LATE CHECK-OUT✦ We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to cleaning needs, but we allow a 1-hour flexibility with 24-hour notice. A $35 fee applies for early check-ins or late check-outs, subject to approval, as its not always possible. If the home is ready sooner, we'll notify you. ✦LOST OR FORGOTTEN ITEMS✦ Please be advised that we cannot assume responsibility for personal belongings left behind after your stay. We recommend thoroughly checking the property before departing. Items left behind will be stored for 14 days and then either donated or discarded. Coordinating pickup or delivery of forgotten items will incur a fee. ✦MAIL & PARCELS✦ We do not have access to a mailbox at this property. Please do not use our address for receiving mail. If you require postal service, please connect with a local post office to find out about renting a post office box. For bigger parcel deliveries, ensure door drop-off or depot pick-up. We are not responsible to retrieve mail or parcels on your behalf. ✦CANCELLATIONS✦ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. If you wish to protect yourself from unexpected last minute cancellations, please consider purchasing your own travel insurance to obtain the level of protection you desire. ✦ Profiles with less than 4 stars cannot use instant booking, and such reservations may be canceled if the reservation is confirmed through the system. New profiles without reviews will be manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation. ✦ Any violation of the house rules could be grounds for immediate termination and removal from the property without a refund. ✦ Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel.
