The property is just 6 mins (2 km) from Marigondon Beach, and 30 mins (10 km) from Mactan Cebu International Airport. It is just 4 mins (1km) away from Metro Value Mart (supermarket). There are also other shops, sari-sari stores, diners and even wet market near that area. Inside Saekyung Village there are restaurants/cafe/food shops: 1. Bunsik Wang - Korean Diner 2. Nous-Sommes Gallery Cafe & Bar 3. Silogan sa Gwapo 4. A&J Store 5. 7/11 Just right outside the main entrance of Saekyung, there is Marbeach Rooftop Bar and there is also a barbecue place right across the street.
