A $25/hour wait fee will be charged if the unit is not vacated by the stated checkout time, as this delays their work and impacts incoming reservations. 🐾 Unauthorized Pet Fee We welcome pets only when added to the booking in advance. If there is any evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit, a $300 fee will apply to cover deep cleaning and allergen treatment required for future guests. Damage Protection: For peace of mind, guests are required to select one option prior to booking: a $299 refundable security deposit (returned after checkout if no issues) or a $29 non-refundable damage waiver covering accidental damage up to $400.
