The space Located in front of the ocean, surrounded by nature and with a private beach, this private property offers an intimate and comfortable retreat for groups of up to 12 people. Designed for rest, quiet coexistence and connection with the environment, the house has large social spaces, a private pool and direct road access. It has three air-conditioned rooms, each with their own full bathroom, deck-type balcony and capacity for five people, the master room has a king-size bed for 2 people. All areas are carefully equipped to ensure a relaxing stay. The kitchen is spacious, practical and fully equipped (except oven), with an indoor dining room for 10 people and an additional outdoor table for 4 in front of the pool. The social area includes space for barbecues and Starlink as the main internet service. For an even more special experience, there is the option of hiring daily cooking and cleaning services, as well as direct contact with local fresh seafood suppliers. You can also organize a private boat ride from the house, crossing a canal surrounded by mangroves where you will see different species of fish and even leatherback turtles until you reach the Paredón: a magical experience of approximately 30 minutes. Important space rules: • Quiet hours after 11:00 P.M. • No events or parties. • Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house. • Guests or persons not included in the reservation are not allowed to enter. • Glass cups or bottles are not allowed around the pool.
