Private Ranch Guest House

Peaceful getaway on a gated 18-acre ranch in Arizona's White Mountains. This guest house has a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom (queen bed), living room w/ queen sleeper sofa, and twin sleeping loft. Private deck w/ fire table for guest use. Mountain views out of every window. Only 30 min from Sunrise Ski Resort and 20 min from Greer. Close to lakes, hiking, and plenty of trails. Lots of parking for your trailers and vehicles. Listen to the elk bugle at night in your own peaceful sanctuary. The space Walking paths: On the 18-acre property, you are welcome to walk through our quiet pastures using our own private road. Our cows, horses, and goats may be out grazing at times. Outdoor space: We have a newly built deck for dedicated guest use that has seating and a fire table. Inside: Both 58-inch TVs are Roku for you to log in to your own accounts. We also have strong Wifi and Starlink for fast internet. Important to note: Our family of four lives in the main house, but you will have the guest house all to yourselves. We do have several animals that roam the property outside, including chickens, cats, and a medium-sized farm dog. Cows, horses, and goats may be out in the pasture. Because of this, we consider all pets on a case-by-case basis. When you send your stay request, please tell us about your pet. Guest access Access code for the gate is sent with check-in instructions. The same code is used to exit the property on the key pad located inside the gate on the wooden post. Other things to note We have ample parking for offroad vehicles and livestock trailers. Horse boarding available upon request.
