The space A modern and cleverly designed 30 sqm house from 2024, perfect for couples or friends looking for peace, comfort and proximity to both beautiful nature and the city. 🏡 Smartly designed and fully equipped The 30-square-meter house has everything you need for a longer stay – a cozy open-plan living room and kitchen, a fresh bathroom with underfloor heating, and a separate bedroom with a 180-cm-wide double bed. The house also has air conditioning for hot summer days, heating for the cooler days, and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linens are included in the rental. 🍳 The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction stove, kettle and granite countertop. ✨ The coziest place in the house is the loft with a 140-cm wide mattress, where you can have some privacy, lie down and read a good book, relax or enjoy the lovely view. You climb up to the loft via a ladder. 🌿 Enjoy nature – right outside the door Outside the house, there is a generous wooden deck overlooking Bunkeflos' fantastic nature reserve and the sea on the horizon. Here you can enjoy bird singing and the cows grazing in the meadows in summer, from June to August. With a bit of luck, you will also catch sight of hares and deer. 🚶‍♀️ Walking distance to the sea The Strandhem area is quiet and charming with gravel roads and nice neighbors. A short walk through the area takes you down to the bathing jetty overlooking Öresund – a magical place for an evening swim or morning coffee on the jetty. 🚌 Close to everything – but still secluded The city bus stops right outside the area and quickly takes you into Malmö, Lund or further towards Copenhagen. By car, you can also easily reach Österlen, beautiful coastal roads and attractions in the region. The nearest supermarket and restaurants are only 2 km away. The closest car charging station is 4 km away. Whether you are looking for relaxation, romance or just a break from everyday life close to nature, our house offers a nice combination of comfort, charm and proximity to both nature and the city. Warm welcome! Guest access The whole house of 30 square meters with the house's associated wooden deck is free for the guests to use. Please note that a maximum of 2 guests at a time are welcome at this property. Other things to note The guest is responsible for cleaning the house before departure and leaving it in the same condition as upon arrival.
