GOLF CART AVAILABLE for rent - delivered to condo. Sawgrass Splash is a completely renovated Rough Creek Villa in the gated community of Sawgrass Country Club. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom end unit townhouse has been furnished with modern yet coastal furniture and lighting. It is a short walk or bike ride from the beach. It is well equipped with the conveniences of home like a Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, and other cooking and baking supplies. The upstairs master bedroom has a KING bed and a large bathroom with freestanding tub and walk-in shower.. The downstairs bedroom has two adorable blue upholstered TWIN beds along with games and books. There is also a pull out couch in the living room to accommodate 2 extra people. The townhouse has 2 bikes, 2 beach chairs, 4 beach towels, and a cooler bag (along with ice packs in the freezer) for the beach! Note that a Sawgrass Country Club membership does not come with the rental. Guests staying more than a month may contact the Country Club and inquire about a temporary membership. But, they do have access to the private Sawgrass Beach.
