Between Deauville and Lisieux, in the heart of the Normandy countryside in Norolles, this superb house with its private 7-hectare plot, including 1 hectare of wood, combines the charm of the old and modern comfort. Nestled in a green setting, it offers a beautiful heated pool (over 26°C) and secure (open until the end of October). The house can accommodate up to 6 adults and 4 children. The space From the entrance, you will discover a beautiful space with plenty of storage, opening onto a vast living room bathed in light. The living room, enhanced by its large windows and floor-to-ceiling windows, offers direct access to the deck and pool. The American kitchen, friendly and fully equipped (blender, diver, croque-mon monsieur machine, kettle, coffee maker...), has a central island perfect for cooking or sharing a warm moment. The living room, both cozy and authentic, is set up with a large sofa, TV, and wood burning stove. A hallway leads to an independent toilet, a modern bathroom (walk-in shower, towel dryer, hair dryer and led mirror), as well as a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. At the back of the hallway, a first bedroom with a king size bed enjoys direct access to a second terrace, conducive to relaxation. Upstairs, three additional bedrooms complete the premises: one room with a king size bed, another with a queen size bed, and a third thought for children, with four single beds. An elegant bathroom completes the floor, with a walk-in shower, designer bathtub, towel dryer, led mirror, hair dryer and toilet. Two additional TVs are also available in bedrooms. Note: Large beds are equipped with high quality bedding. Outside, an extensive terrace surrounds the house, offering a real cocoon of tranquility without any vis-à-vis , only plants, flowers and greenery. For your moments of relaxation or conviviality, enjoy a pétanque court and a fire pit, perfect for summer evenings. The dug-in, heated (over 26°C) and secure pool, with the option of counter-current swimming, promises you real moments of relaxation (open from the spring holidays until the end of October). Sunbeds, umbrellas, and dining table are available to fully enjoy the outdoors. Two small ponds are located in the garden bringing an extra bucolic touch to this peaceful environment. A large parking space completes the services. Please note that pets are not allowed in this accommodation. It is forbidden to use the outlets of the house to charge an electric vehicle, these are not suitable. There are three ponds in the garden; special care is recommended with children, as these ponds are not secured. Guest access Babies are welcome at MyPacôme Conciergerie! For your comfort, a baby bed and high chair are already available on site.
