The space The main part of the property has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a spacious bathroom with shower and a cozy living room with a comfortable double sofa bed. Two additional bedrooms (each with a set of bunk beds) and an extra bathroom with shower are accessible through a separate independent entrance and can accommodate up to 4 additional guests Guest access Guests will have access to the main part of the property, with front and back entrance, kitchen, bathroom and living room with a double sofa bed. Two additional bedrooms with their own independent bathroom and separate entrance are available for bookings between 3 and 6 guests Other things to note You can use the path just outside the apartment to reach Alleghe or the Piani di Pezzè in approximately 30 minutes' walk, however you will need independent transportation as the area is not served by public transport. Also bear in mind that by law all vehicles must have winter tyres or snow chains from 15 November to 15 April. Ski liability insurance to cover damages to third parties is mandatory in Italy. The insurance is not included in the skipass and can be purchased online for a single day or longer periods and is usually active within 30 minutes from being purchased.
