The space This guest suite is located on the bottom floor of our home and features a spacious full bathroom and a private entrance. The studio guest suite and bathroom are separated from the main living area by a locked apartment-grade door. Check-in time is 4 PM. The property is heavily wooded behind the backyard fence, and you may encounter wildlife such as bunnies, owls, hummingbirds, lizards, chipmunks, squirrels, butterflies, and spiders. Neighborhood cats and occasional dogs may also be seen, so please ensure the gate is closed. Seasonal decor may be updated to reflect holidays and changing seasons. Guest access Guests have access to the guest suite, including the bathroom, the bottom deck, and a 220v hot tub, which is exclusively for your use during your stay. Please note that the outdoor kitchen sink currently provides hot water only and will be disconnected from mid-November to late March to prevent freezing. Other things to note The guest suite is partially underground, so it may be cooler than the rest of the house. While you have control over the home's overall temperature, using the provided fireplace and heater simultaneously will heat the space most efficiently.
