The space The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy with your family and friends! We offer free bedding and bathing, in addition to having high-speed internet, cable TV and HD channels, board games, appliances, household items, at last the house is complete! You will be super well located, just 3 minutes drive from the center of Joanópolis where you will find nightlife, pizzerias, bars, snack bars, restaurants, bakeries, cafes, supermarkets and pharmacies. An excellent option for those who want to enjoy the waterfalls of Joanópolis during the day and night have all the entertainment and amenities that the city offers. Perfect for getting away from the routine, relaxing and re-negating on the weekends! In addition the house is very well located, in a very quiet residential neighborhood, where you can walk to Campo Bela Vista which has an incredible green area, excellent for exercising, running and enjoying that sunset. We also have the Joanópolis country club with swimming pools, tennis courts, and a garden with lots of green and exotic trees and plants, where you can spend the day (check fee with the club). Guest access The space has a private entrance, a balcony with a net, a barbecue with gourmet area and a small private garden! All for your leisure and comfort. The car can be parked on the street, in front of the house. Safe and Super Quiet Street! Other things to note We partner with guides who offer Jeep tours to the Sleeping Giant, the waterfalls, or even Monte Verde! The Jeep carries up to 4 people, so always try to schedule the tours in advance! In addition, we have horse rental options for those who enjoy animals!
