The space MODERN AND PRACTICAL LOCATION The loft is part of a set of three units on the same ground, each with independent entrance and a three-car seat. In the common space, you will find a barbecue grill and a pool, both monitored by cameras for added security. At the back of each loft, there is an outdoor shower and an area with a tank to wash and dry clothes, ensuring practicality and comfort during your stay. The space was recently built and thought out in every detail to provide a pleasant and cozy experience. All lofts are equipped with Smart TV, high-speed wifi and split air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort for our guests, with a double bed and a bed (single bed underneath the other) In addition, the location is perfect for exploring Búzios, a destination that combines stunning scenery and a rich offering of activities. Changes subject to availability and possible extra fee. 1.2 Silence: After 10:00 pm, we request the reduction of the noise so as not to disturb other guests. 1.3 Access: Key vaults available for easy access to the suites. 2. Cleaning of Bedrooms 🛏️ 2.1 Extra Service: Extra cleaning and housekeeping during the stay are not included, cost of R$30. 2.2 Extras Items: Change of linens, towels, pillows, etc., for R$20 per item. 3. USE OF COMMON (SHARED) AREAS 🏊🔥 3.1 SHARING: COMMON AREAS ARE SHARED BETWEEN GUESTS, INCLUDING THE SWIMMING POOL AND BARBECUE GRILL. 3.2 BARBECUE GRILL: IF YOU WISH TO USE THE BARBECUE GRILL, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN ORGANIZE ITS USE AND AVOID SCHEDULING CONFLICTS. 3.3 VISITORS: OUTSIDERS ARE PROHIBITED FROM ENTERING. THE ACCOMMODATION IS EXCLUSIVE FOR GUESTS REGISTERED IN THE RESERVATION. 3.4 PARTIES AND EVENTS: PARTIES, EVENTS, GATHERINGS OR LOUD SOUNDS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE COMMON AREAS OR IN THE ROOMS. 3.5 SILENCE: AFTER 10:00 PM, IT IS MANDATORY TO KEEP QUIET AND COMPLETELY REDUCE NOISE IN COMMON AREAS AND SUITES. 3.6 SAFETY AND ORGANIZATION: CHILDREN MUST ALWAYS BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RESPONSIBLE ADULT; KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN AFTER USE (ESPECIALLY THE BARBECUE GRILL), DISPOSING OF GARBAGE CORRECTLY AND LEAVING THE AREA AS YOU FOUND IT. 4. General Information 🧾 4.1 Clothesline: Retractable clothesline in the bathroom for drying clothes. 4.2 Kitchen: We do not provide a shared kitchen. 4.3 Smoking: No smoking in the rooms; designated smoking areas on the balcony. 4.4 Air conditioning: Keep above 23° to avoid electrical problems. 4.5 Shower: Adjust the power with the water valve closed. 4.6 Damages: Report breakages or damages to goods and utensils. 4.7 Liability: We are not liable for loss or damage to guests' property or bodily injury. 4.8 Use of the Property: Peaceful use of the property; parties and events are prohibited. 4.9 Sublease: The assignment, sublease or loan of the property is prohibited.
