The space Basement: A practical space featuring a closed bedroom (with a window) furnished with a large bed, storage space, and an open-concept lounge area with a sofa bed. Perfect for families. Main floor: Fully equipped kitchen, a bright dining area with direct views of the lagoon and access to the balcony. The living room, featuring large windows and a piano, invites relaxation. A full bathroom is also included. Mezzanine: A closed bedroom and an open-concept relaxation area with views of both the northern and southern dunes. An additional single bed is available, ideal for a child or an extra guest. Guest access 🏄‍♂️ Direct access to the lagoon and just steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the Îles. This is the perfect place for hiking, kayaking, kitesurfing, paddleboarding, or simply swimming. Nearby, you’ll also find a small, traditional fishing harbour. -Just 7 minutes from the charming village of Havre-aux-Maisons (IGA grocery store) and -20 minutes from the centre of Cap-aux-Meules (Central Island). -To the east, a scenic road leads to Grosse-Île, then on to Grande-Entrée and its iconic fishing port. For more information, please refer to the Îles map. -A few minutes’ walk from the north-side dune: a nearly deserted beach with crystal-clear water stretching from the Pointe-aux-Loups fishing harbour all the way to Fatima (nearly 20 km, reaching Anse-aux-Baleiniers). For hikers, this is part of stage 6 of the “Sentiers entre vents et marées” trail. Along the way, you will pass a schooner that ran aground in 1988 and remains partly buried in the sand.
