A very safe and quiet single family residence neighborhood, not congested with traffic or people. It is located an easy drive or even a walk to restaurants, shopping, library and entertainment. It is very close to major roadways into the city of Seattle in 20 minutes and the SeaTac airport in 8 minutes. It is also very near to multiple parks and hiking trails as well as off-shore fishing spots. The space The guest Suite is on the ground floor of the house, easily accessible from the driveway and is lit up at night by the garage lights as well as a motion censored light. Guest access This Guest Suite is located in a very nice neighborhood to walk your dog in, if you are traveling with your fur baby, and a good area to go for a run in. Other things to note This is a wonderful neighborhood to go for walks in, exercise the dog, and chat with neighbors. Puget Sound is a walkable distance away as well as other hiking trails. It is an enjoyable one mile walk to the main drag of Ole Burien which has all the restaurants, bars, and shopping. You will pass by Lake Burien along the way.
