A11 highway access 4 km away. Ideal capacity for 4 people, with the possibility of accommodating up to 6 people. Sheets and towels are provided. Cleaning included. Free parking. Pets welcome upon request. No parties allowed. Non-smoking accommodation. Local shops (grocery bistro, bakery...). The space On the ground floor you will find a kitchenette with a refrigerator, induction stove, microwave (no oven), Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and everything you need to cook. You will also find a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The floor is accessible by a miller's staircase. You will find the seating area, with a sofa and a TV, as well as a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed. A child protection barrier closes the space if needed. Guest access The accommodation is located close to our main house, in an outbuilding, accessible independently, thanks to a key box whose code is communicated on the morning of arrival by message. Other things to note In our village you will find a bistro grocery store for the first shopping, as well as a bakery, beautician, hairdresser, and post office. The first supermarkets and restaurants are a 10-minute drive away, in the city of La Flèche.
