We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful community. ➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in ➤ The Pool is closed from September 26 until April 2026. ➤ The city water is pretty harsh so you'll see sediment build up around the faucets, shower and toilets ➤ Bookings made within 48–72 hours before check-in have a standard check-in time of 7 PM. If you need an earlier check-in (as early as 4 PM), let us know ASAP and we'll do our best to accommodate. ➤We provide basic starter supplies like shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few essentials. These are complimentary but not meant to last your entire stay.
