Two living room spaces and huge screened porch. Large covered deck space, water front fire pit area, private dock, and use of owner kayaks, fishing rods, and lake floats. The space Private lakefront home with additional detached newly remodeled bunk house. Main house has 3bd/2 full bath, bunk house has additional sleeping space and half bath. Main house: - 1 King Bedroom - 1 Queen Bedroom - 1 Queen + Twin bunk Bunk house: - 1 Queen + Twin bunk plus additional twin air mattress. Access to private dock for swimming and fishing. Two onsite kayaks available for guest use, along with lots of lake floats. Nearby marina rents pontoons for use on the large 788 acre lake. Lake is much bigger than appears! Lake Malone is just 2.5hrs south west of Louisville, KY, an hour from Nashville, and 45 mins west of Bowling Green, KY. Known as one of the cleanest and most beautiful lakes in KY, Lake Malone offers excellent fishing, a state park with hiking trails, small marina with restaurant, and stunning natural scenery. Several nearby towns, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We love that our home is on the peaceful ‘no water sports’ side of the lake so we can swim and kayak with calm waters right off our dock. However we do love to go boating and take the kids tubing (just under the bridge). So we get the best of both worlds with our location!
