Important Things to Note • Parking: 1 reserved garage space (Space 33). Free visitor spaces are available in the lot adjacent to the building on a first-come, first-served basis. • Washer & Dryer: A private washer and dryer are available in the unit. • Elevator: There is an elevator in the building, operated and maintained by building management. While it’s typically available, any outages are outside our control. Stairs are required if the elevator is unavailable. • Communal amenities: Guests have access to the community’s outdoor pool and hot tub. Availability, hours, and any maintenance are managed by the building/HOA and may vary. • Pets: This home is not pet friendly. • Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance. • We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered! • We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled.
