The Perch design is forsale. Ask, and we will explain. The space Our property is 2 acres on a hill. This TH design is best for one. That is why there is not a door or curtain for the bathroom. It has an open floor plan to make it look bigger than it is. It will accommodate a couple with a child, but, it is heaven for a single person. We used a reconditioned trailer to build this tiny house, all other materials were new construction. We upgraded the entire Lucky Lane 2 acre property with asphalt, Starlink, city water, and we now have 9 spaces. Each space has it's own 1,000 gallon septic tank. Guest access The Perch has 2 private gravel parking spaces . You are renting the entire tiny house. Other things to note We have listed the Perch because the inside is finished. We still are working on the skirting that will be imitation stone so it will compliment the English Tudor design. We also will be building a wrap around wooden deck. No cats are allowed. We only allow one dog with a $20 fee. If you are bringing a dog, please tell us the size and breed, and they must be on a leash.
