Woodland Cabin & Gallery

Experience the restorative effects of nature when you disconnect from the hustle & bustle & unwind in this calm & secluded cabin. Inspired by Nordic design & created to be in harmony with the environment, this light-filled space, with original artwork & overlooking 25 acres of woodland forest, takes glamping to a whole new level! With self check-in, wifi, free parking, an hour from Algonquin Park & a short drive to local shops & restaurants, makes this woodland getaway a perfect place to relax. The space The cabin sits in the trees, 180 feet from the main house and overlooks 27 acres of woodland forest. The cabin is an open concept living area with small kitchenette and a loft with a queen bed. There is an outhouse beside the cabin and although there is no running hot water or shower, there is clean water available for drinking and washing up. One parking space is provided. Guest access From the parking the cabin is a short (less than 200 feet) walk around the garden and into the woods. The entire cabin and outhouse is available and very private. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the garden. As there are no trails yet, we ask that guests refrain from exploring the 27 acres, or do so at their own risk. Other things to note Because we get up early for work, we ask guests to please respect that quiet hours are between 10:30pm - 7am. We have excellent drinking water from a drilled well. The water refill station, attached to the outside of the outhouse, comes from the same source for the clean water that we drink and use in our home.
