Whether you're fishing, kayaking, or grilling with a view, this home has everything you need to create lasting memories with friends and family. 🛏️ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS This spacious two-level home includes 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, plus a pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Queen bed Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds with trundles (ideal for kids or a group) Living Room: Pull-out sofa bed Fresh linens and towels provided. 🍳 KITCHEN & DINING The fully equipped kitchen features: - Cuisinart dual coffee maker (drip + K-Cup) - Waffle Maker - Microwave, blender, toaster - Full cookware and dishware sets - Indoor dining for 8+ and outdoor seating on the deck Cook family meals with ease or grill outside while enjoying lake views. 🛋️ LIVING AREA The main living space invites you to unwind with: Cozy sectional + pull-out sleeper Smart TV with streaming Lake views from the windows Fast Spectrum Wi-Fi for remote work or movie nights A wood-burning stove is present but not for guest use. 🌲 OUTDOOR SPACES This home is all about the outdoors. There are two nearby boat launches We have a pontoon hoist and a mooring ball for an additional boat. 🚗 PRACTICAL DETAILS In-unit washer/dryer 5-car private driveway Central heating No pets allowed No smoking anywhere on the property Trash and access instructions provided before check-in Guest access You'll have access to the entire property. Other things to note PROPERTY ACCESS During winter, the road can be slippery. 4 wheeler is not required but recommended. PARKING Designated parking on the property for 5 vehicles FIREPLACE The wood-burning fireplace is decorative only, not available for guests use due to insurance. WATER AMENITIES The dock & kayaks are not available when winterized, typically from November through late April (or early May, depending on the weather). PETS As much as we love pets, this property is not pet-friendly. GUEST RENTAL AGREEMENT REQUIRED Hi! We’re your welcoming hosts and can’t wait to host you. This special home requires completion of a Guest Rental Agreement to receive Arrival Instructions. A damage waiver is available for purchase, but not required.
