Bell Tent Glamping in Albanian Mountains

A bell tent on a raised platform in the Albanian mountains — goat bells in the distance, the shepherd passing by, and days that are easy to fill with nothing. Your own sitting area outside. Hammocks, books and board games in the shared space. Cook in the well-equipped outdoor kitchen, hike the mountain trails, or walk to the old church of St. Nicholas with its Onufri frescoes. Or eat at the restaurant nearby. An hour and twenty from Tirana airport by car. Very welcome The space The tent sits on a wooden deck between the trees. Queen-size bed, room to stand up and walk around, and a place to sit outside. The shower is outdoors and shared, and so is the eco toilet. Nothing polished about it. That's rather the point. We're at 600 metres, in the mountains near Shelcan, about 30 minutes from Elbasan. The last stretch of road is unpaved. Good hiking from here, through forest and old villages. The St. Nicholas Church is worth the walk, medieval frescoes by Onufri. You'll pass farms with goats, donkeys, sheep and chickens on the way. Take Tito with you if you like. He's our dog, he knows the trails better than we do, and he'll happily walk you up the mountain and back. Cook in the outdoor kitchen, or eat at Oda Qosja nearby. Traditional Albanian food. Drive there, the walk back is uphill and longer than it looks. The rooster starts at five. Very welcome Guest access You can come and go as you please, with direct access to your tent at any time. Your tent includes a private seating area. Shared facilities include the rustic outdoor shower, eco toilet, fully equipped outdoor kitchen, creative activity space with board games and books, and hammocks with mountain views. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen is available for preparing your own meals if you prefer to cook. This space allows you to enjoy a social atmosphere while always being able to retreat to the tranquility of your own tent. Your accommodation is located in a remote mountain area, reachable via a short walk from the parking area. Clear check-in instructions will be provided upon arrival. Other things to note PasneserPark is home to friendly animals who roam the property: Tito the sheepdog, Alpha and Besa the cats, plus neighboring farm animals like goats, donkeys, and chickens. They're part of the authentic experience here. If you're uncomfortable around animals, this might not be the right fit. This is a rustic glamping experience designed to connect you with nature. The final stretch of road to the property is unpaved but manageable with a standard car — you'll receive clear driving directions after booking. There are no shops in the immediate area, but we can provide basic ingredients for meals, or you're welcome to bring your own supplies and use the outdoor kitchen.
