Cabin in Nykvarn

The cottage is located in a forest environment and only a 2-minute walk to a nice swimming lake with a sandy beach and jetty. You have access to a private patio and the possibility to borrow a barbecue. You can also charge your car in the parking lot. The surrounding area offers: -Mariefred 24 km. -Taxinge Castle 13 km - Lådbilslandet 4 km -Vidbynäs golf course 4 km - Mångfaldens hus 4 km -Larsson's barn 10 km. -Södertälje 17 km (boats to Birka) Possible to buy private boat trip from host, incl/excl. lunch to Mariefred or Birka. Welcome The space Newly-built cottage with 40 sqm of living space. 2 bedrooms, 160 cm (soft) bed in one, where there is a sliding door. Family bed in the second with 120 cm (firm, harder mattress) down and 80 cm (soft) up, there is a regular door. Optimal for up to 4 people but also works for 5. In the kitchen there is what you need, but no freezer and no regular oven . Microwave available. New bathroom with toilet,sink and shower. Hall and living room in the same space with 1 3-seater sofa and 1 daybed. Suspension area and smart TV. It is not allowed with sleeping bag and also not to use beds without bedding. If you wish to rent sheets and towels, let us know in your booking request, price SEK 150/person. The house is smoke-free, if you want to smoke outside, you take care of your butts yourself. We would like you to clean and empty garbage before you leave the house. The garbage is sorted in the house and then in the large bins by the parking lot. Pets are not allowed, the accommodation is NOT allergy-free. Please note that the price for an additional guest does not apply to accompanying children under 18 years of age. Guest access The cottage has a private patio with furniture for 4-5 people. If you wish to rent sheets and towels from us, it costs SEK 150/person. Please let us know when you book if you would like to rent bed linens. We serve breakfast when we have the opportunity, price SEK 90/person, ask in your booking if you would like breakfast. Always have access to coffee and tea as well as some simple spices and cooking oil. Of course, there is always toilet paper, cleaning supplies and dishwashing liquid. In cases where we are not at home, you pick up the key in a locked box with a code. Other things to note The cottage is located on the same property as the main house. Level differences mean that the cottage and associated patio are protected from view and are experienced as private. You need to pass the main house to reach the cabin. If you have questions about this, they will be answered in connection with the inquiry. The nearest central town is Nykvarn, which is 6 km away. There is a store, pharmacy, liquor store, health center, etc. From there you can take the Mälartåg train to a large part of Mälardalen. 28 minutes to Stockholm Central Station.
