Guest accommodation in idyllic archipelago village near swimming

Welcome to our fresh and modern apartment, perfect for those who want to experience the charm of the archipelago and want to be close to the water. The apartment, which is part of the family's house, contributes to a personal and genuine accommodation. On the property, there are goats and ponies to pet. Runmarö offers many experiences, for example, the well-known Stockholm Archipelago Trail crosses the island. A stone's throw from the property, there is a nice rock pool with a small beach. The island is well worth visiting after the summer, the fall is lovely! The space • The apartment is a separate part of the family's house, located on the lower ground floor • The apartment is about 40 m2, a small bedroom, living room and kitchen as well as bathroom • Bed: 140 cm • Sofa bed: 130 cm • Fully-equipped kitchen with induction stovetop, oven/microwave combination, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer • Bathroom with shower • Bed linens and towels are not included, but can be rented from the host It is important to keep in mind that the accommodation is on an island with limited water access, so we ask you to handle the water drops carefully. Guest access You are welcome to use the home you rent as well as parts of the garden. We'll show you the way when you get here. Other things to note We are a family of four people, two adults and two teenagers who live on the farm with our ponies and goats. So here on the farm, there's often movement and things going on. The property is on an archipelago island without a bridge connection and you take a boat that departs from Stavsnäs Vinterhamn to Styrsvik's jetty on Runmarö. It's barely a two-kilometer walk home to us from the jetty. If you come with your own boat, let us know beforehand and we will help with a berth. Within walking distance of the property there are: Grocery store Tempo Runmarö Livs Lottas Bakery, open in summer Svängens restaurant, open in summer and on some weekends Important information! Bed linens or towels are not included, but can be rented from the host. It is not allowed to sleep without bed linen. The entire property is a non-smoking zone (both indoors and outdoors) as we have animals and children.
