Enjoy this large walkout basement studio apartment that will take you back in time. Nostalgia galore, this studio features an electric and bass guitar as well as many artifacts from the 70's. This space is in our basement and has a private entrance in our fully privacy fenced backyard with a covered porch. Well behaved dogs welcome. Kitchenette includes fridge, toaster, air fryer, microwave, and coffee maker. Perfect for a quick couple's getaway or a single traveler. The space We are dog friendly. With an additional fee of $25 per day. Guest access Enjoy the private basement apartment, as well as the entire backyard and covered porch. We provide a small charcoal grill as well as a fire pit. (Bring your own firewood or charcoal.) We will not be in the backyard while we have guests. This space is yours completely. Other things to note We do not want you to feel anxious about someone living above you. We once stayed at a similar set up and didn't feel relaxed knowing the owner was upstairs. That is not the vibe here. We will leave you alone and will not enter the backyard during your stay. The bedrooms are above the garage and unless you are making extreme levels of noise, you will not bother the occupant above. You are free to smoke outside. Just be aware of the volume outside, late night.
