The space THIS IS A NICE PLACE TO ENJOY WITH FRIENDS You don't need a tv in santo domingo, a lot of places to visit, Excellent small private apartment room, kitchen,small refrigerator, small stove, bathroom, bedroom, , free parking, close to 5 mall from the area, 15 minutes car to Santo Domingo Metro rooms available, 4 people can accomodate, Queen Bed, ,, , bathroom , kitchen, smoking area outside the house, all this include in the price.... pets can be outside the house, and quiet place 10 minutes car from center of santo domingo east, taxis are available too, bus, the metro close. where you can find a malls with differents store and restaurants, all the places to dance are very close, located 30 minutes from the international airport, and 35 minutes from the nearest beach, I DONT HAVE A LOT OF RULES IN THE HOUSE , I AM A YOUNG PERSON, RESPECT OTHERS POSITIONS I pick you up in the airport i i can drive you with charge of 50 dollars. If you land after 21.00 hour i pick you up for 90 dollars, or you choise taxis are availables in the airport, 15 dollars for extra person for staying in the house can buick in anymoment with a Personal Document.. My house is very special cause is not in the center but is not far from the center is a very quiet from noise place. Cash Machine Popular Bank, Shell Gas station, 3 minutes car from the house, and all the malls, and different places close the house, all the machines gives you dominican pesos, closest mall 5 minutes by car 1 dollar equivalent now 38 pesos. Here you have some Dominican Republic prices from my house, this is dominican pesos, actuallly 1 dollars is 38 pesos and how can you get to some place from my house 1 Bus stop to get to Boca Chica the nearest beach coast RD$30+60 the one to the Beach around 1 hour bus far, cause the trafic. taxi 45 minutes. Same for the Museum and the Zona Colonial, 40 minutes public transportation, for 35 Dpesos, Museum (Hombre Dominicano) 20 minutes from the house, a car and the metro, 45 Dominican Pesos. The International Airport 30 minutes taxi from the house. The Hospital Traumatologico, 10 minutes car. 10 minutes car and 5 minutes metro to Centro Olimpico, where you can find all the Sports that we practice here, Tennis, Basket, Swimm, ESgrima, Karate, etc. Museum of Modern Art • National Theater by Metro and public car • Museum of Natural History by metro a public car • Botanical Garden center 30 minutes • National Aquarium east sd 30 minutes • Mirador Sur Park center 30 minutes • Museum of Dominican Man By metro a public car some museum are free some cost 50 dominican pesos, (1.5 u$) Visiting all this places takes time you can not do that in a day, Santo Domingo is a big city, those place are a little distance not walking. taxis prices, depends the distances, starting from 10 dollars Public Transportation 100 meters from the house, not more than 30 DR$ Temperature water in the bath not cold not hot this a tropical country we dont have cold weather here, 10 minutes bus or public car from 4 mall center, Sirena Mall, Mega Centro Mall, Plaza lama Mall, Jumbo Mall, for a nice and good prices shooping, 15 minutes car from the santo domingo metro, a swimming pool close to the house 8 minutes walking for only 5 dollars in a camping area where you can find horses and cows to take pictures, you can buy drinks for a small prices. Another swimming pool 15 minutes from the house in a town call Hacienda Estrella, for 4 dollars entrance and the public transportation 2 cars for 30DR$ each, camping area, Dominican Enviroment. Another one swimming pooll name Casa Blanca close to the house too, Charles de Gaulle, two public cars, entrance 4 dollars, drinks and meals available too. A town 10 minutes from the house name Victoria, where you can find a lot of culture, Church, Hospital, the Real Dominican Roots, Drink Stores, Just outside, close to the house a corner, public tranportation, bus and cars, take you out for 30 dominican pesos (1 dollar or less) to the metro, and the malls, close to the house we have a little store where you can buy food and drink for small price for an easy and fast needs, in anymoment weekend they always have a neitghborhood party there..!!
