Cooking Facilities ● The kitchen is equipped with a two-burner induction stove, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, electric kettle, rice cooker, and cooking utensils (knives, cutting board, ladles, etc.). A variety of dishes are provided for enjoying your cooking. Wine glasses, sake glasses, and an ice bucket are also provided to complement your meal. (Note: Condiments provided are salad oil, olive oil, salt, and pepper only.) Guest access You are welcome to use all areas of the room. However, please refrain from opening any doors marked "STAFF ONLY." Also, please do not take any amenities, furniture, or appliances with you, and avoid rearranging the furniture. Other things to note Other Important Notes About Cancellations and Changes ● In accordance with our cancellation policy, we are unable to accommodate reservation changes after the cancellation period has begun. We do not offer advance luggage storage. We do not store luggage after check-out, so please use lockers at the nearest train station or airport. Guest Form ● We will send you a guest form approximately 10-14 days before your reservation. Due to national regulations, we require all guests to fill out this form. Guests residing outside of Japan must submit a copy of their passport. Cleaning & Garbage Collection ● Cleaning will be performed after check-out. For stays of one week or longer, we can arrange for cleaning and garbage collection during your stay upon request. ● This accommodation is a "one-of-a-kind home" designed to provide you with a special experience. If the property is significantly soiled beyond the standard cleaning time, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. Please use the slippers provided at the entrance. ● As this is an apartment building where residents also live, please refrain from conversations outside between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM and remain quiet indoors. ● According to Airbnb regulations, unauthorized entry by anyone other than the guest who has made a reservation is prohibited. Please note that for safety reasons, an additional accommodation fee will be charged if an unregistered guest is staying.
