We are centrally located… The House of the New Boulevard is centrally located downtown Quito for your city sightseeing attractions, activities, such as our spectacular churches, visit the Basílica del Voto Nacional. It is the largest neo-Gothic basilica in the Americas, and how about La Plaza de la Independencia. The presidential palace, where you can enjoy the change of guards, and La Ronda; it is said to be the oldest street in Quito. We also offer Airport transfers, Spanish and Salsa lessons for a flat fee.
