Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, including: Main House – All indoor living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. Private Backyard & Pool – Enjoy complete access to the fenced outdoor oasis, including the pool, patio, loungers, grill area, and lighting features. Detached Game Room / 3rd bedroom– Located just steps from the main house, the fully stocked game room is accessible at all times for entertainment. Side Gate Entrance – Guests can conveniently access the backyard and game room through a private side gate. Self Check-In – Entry is easy and secure via a keypad smart lock on the front door. Your unique code will be provided prior to check-in. Other things to note Other Things to Note Detached Game Room Access: The game room is located in a separate building just steps from the main house and is available to enjoy any time during your stay. Pool Safety: The pool is not fenced separately from the backyard. Families with young children should supervise at all times. Pool floats are provided in deck box located on the patio. Laundry Access: The washer and dryer are available for all guests. Login Required: Smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps, but guests must log in with their own accounts. Quiet Hours: Please respect neighborhood quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parking: The private driveway accommodates multiple vehicles; please do not park on the grass. Outdoor Grills: Both gas and charcoal/smoker grills are available. Please clean after use and follow safety guidelines provided in the house manual. Propane is provided however the smoker does require wood chips that are not provided. Bugs & Wildlife: As is typical in Florida, you may encounter small insects or lizards outdoors. The home is professionally treated regularly to minimize this.
