CoZy - independent suite in a house near USP
Description
My space is close to USP (green areas, museums, colleges, Inst. Butantã). It is easy to enter through P3 or P1 (by car) or through the pedestrian gates (550m). The entrance to the suite is independent (goes through a side corridor) and everything is clean and new: comfortable bed, good shower, pleasant and quiet environment. In the neighborhood there is a place to drink açaí, a delicious square, shops and easy bus access to the Butantã subway. Great option for individual/double trips for students or teachers. The space The house is large, airy and comfortable. The street is residential and on the sidewalk, in front of the house, there is a beautiful flamboyant with a bench around it. Access is direct to the suite through the side corridor. I live in the house with young children and we usually have friends over. In the yard, we have many plants and a small entrance hall with a hammock. The animals here are a well-behaved and adorable little dog, Liz, who lives in the front of the house, the worms, who are quiet in the compost, and the birds that visit the windows :) Guest access Our guest will have one key to the entrance gate and another to the suite, with direct access to their room through the side corridor (which appears with bamboos in the photos). In addition to the suite, in the outhouse/back of the house, there is a laundry room, a space where the bicycles are kept and an outdoor kitchen that can be used (with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, table and some utensils). To prepare meals that require a stove, you can use the house's kitchen, the door to the back is always open. For small cars, it is also possible to arrange the use of the garage for a fee. During your stay We like to meet people and give tips. Since I'm at work all day, we can exchange messages and see each other at night. We hope you have a good time here!
