On our double lot, we created two almost identical separate houses so that each could offer a spacious and private retreat. The property itself has an open fresh seabreeze feel. Lined with Pachote trees the two houses are well situated being separate but yet close enough so that two couples as friends could rent both and share evenings or breakfasts together. Each casa is artistically decorated with a Rustic approach yet still keeping it tropically modern using driftwood, shells, and nature’s offerings creatively to present our beach vibe.
