The space The historic manor house – a stylish retreat for up to 21 guests On a generous 640 square meters, our lovingly restored manor house offers plenty of space for unforgettable stays with family, friends or colleagues. The special atmosphere of the house combines rural serenity with timeless elegance. Each floor is designed as an independent residential unit and has: – a fully equipped kitchen – a large dining table for up to 12 people (flexibly expandable if necessary) – stylish living and common areas that invite you to linger Individual bookings for larger groups: From a group size of more than 16 people, I will gladly make you a customized offer via Airbnb. Just let me know the exact number of people as well as your ideas and wishes for your stay. Please note: For an occupancy of more than 11 people, the entire manor house is exclusively available to you. The price for extra guests from the 11th to the 16th person also includes the extended usage fee as well as the correspondingly adjusted cleaning fee. Garden & outdoor area: The spacious, fenced garden invites you to relax in the countryside with various seating options. For shared meals in the open air, there is a large dining table for up to 20 people. A high-quality charcoal grill is available – as well as a patio heater, which also ensures cozy evenings outdoors in the cooler months. Guest access The use of the kitchens and common areas depends on the number of people booked; from 10 guests, the upper floor is also opened. The courtyard can be used throughout the stay. Washing machine and dryer are available by prior arrangement. Other things to note Small celebrations such as birthdays or a cozy get-together with the family are welcome here – of course, within the scope of the number of people booked.
