This is a newly built, one bedroom private suite, with all the amenities. Great location, short walk/quick drive to beach access and minutes to the town centre. The space Private entrance, spacious one bedroom suite with dedicated parking. Access to private beach a short walk/quick drive from the suite. Where you’ll sleep - The bedroom has a queen bed and additional sleeping space on queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. We also have a playpen if needed. Living Area - Comfortable seating area for up to four people. Smart TV for streaming your favourites and WIFI. Kitchen - Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge with filtered water/ice maker and stove. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate is provided. Cooking utensils and small outdoor grill. Bathroom - Full bath with all the essentials needed for your stay. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash and lotion. Towels and beach towels. Things to Do - Lots of trails to explore on foot or by bike. Local festivals and events at Laketown Ranch. Explore our town centre, discover great little shops, cafes and bakeries. Rent a tube and float down the river in the summer months. Guest access Dedicated driveway on the left side of the front of the house. Small patio with seating/eating area and BBQ. Other things to note Northshore Estates is a growing community and some areas are still under construction in the subdivision.
