Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in our newly updated guesthouse. Close by to many great tourist attractions such as the Goats on the Roof, BC Wildlife Recovery Centre. Short distance away from a 10km bike/multi-purpose trail from Parksville to the Goats on the Roof market. Situated on a private acreage surrounded by beautiful forest. The space Well stocked kitchen with most essentials to prepare a meal and pantry storage. Spacious master bedroom with king bed, bedsides and full wall closet. Second bedroom with queen bed, bedside, window seat & 2 closets. Comfy living area stocked with books & games, a 3 seater sofa and chair. Bright led lighting throughout and full bathroom including new washer & dryer. Outdoor seating area and patio table & chairs for enjoying the fresh forest air. We are on well water which is regularly tested but does sometimes have a sulphur smell. There is a reverse osmosis system installed in the kitchen sink for fresh drinking water Guest access Guests may use the gravel area around the home for parking for 2 vehicles, one in the front of the home and one at the back against the rear deck and outdoor dining space. Enjoy use of the back patio and the outdoor seating area. The rest of the property is a work in progress so would appreciate that guests don't freely wander around.
